PES2014 File Loader beta 1.0.1.6 fix

Change log version 1.0.1.6 : 

    • Improve stability fileloader, kitloader, controller
    • Fixed more bugs of GDB kit in edit mode
    • Update Kitloader will use default GK if not exist in GDB.
    • Update Kitloader supports team has extra ID (in Libetadores, AFC mode)
    • Added new option : 
      • Controller : vibration when shooting
      • Kitloader : Icon style, Sleeve position config (thanks to Hawke)
      • Vibration plugin supports generic controller (untested - please test it for me)

      PES2014 File Loader - beta 1.0.1.3

      • Fixed randomly crash bugs
      • Fixed file loader doesnt work with Read-Only file
      • Fixed online playing incompatible problems
      • Kitloader now works with both DDS & PNG format
      • Kitloader can read config from bin file instead of config.txt, example the file has name "102_DEF_1st.bin", change it to "config.bin" and put to "p-1" in GDB
      • Added options to on/off kit's texture (please take a look in "Docs" for detail info)

       How to use:

      3. Install the patch using install.exe, make sure to choose the directory you installed PES 2012 to.
      4. Start the game via pes2012.exe / start menu folder "PESEdit.com 2012 Patch" / PESEDIT SELECTOR
